Townhomes for Rent

This section of the site is dedicated to advertisements focused on renting out townhome units to interested renters. At the moment, we are still trying to figure out an effective means of creating an automatic feed of announcements regarding deals like this, but for now, we would like to ask for the help of concerned townhome owners. If you are thinking of renting out your townhome – either because you are moving to a new home or feel that you can make more money renting out the property – then we implore you to post your “for rent” advertisements here.

We request that you specify the address of your unit – even just the general neighborhood, city and state for the convenience of the renter – as well as posting a picture of the unit's exterior for reference. We would appreciate it if you were as honest as possible about the size of the unit, the condition of the interior, and whether or not you will leave it furnished.

At the moment we ask you to firmly state the rental price of your unit (whether this is on a biweekly, monthly, bimonthly or yearly arrangement). We are still working on a system that will allow you to have virtual space in which to negotiate the terms of the unit rental. Please check in regularly until then.
