Townhomes for Sale

This section of the site is dedicated to advertisements focused on selling townhome units to interested buyers. At the moment, we are still trying to figure out an effective means of creating an automatic feed of announcements regarding deals like this, but for now, we would like to ask for the help of concerned townhome owners. If you are thinking of selling your townhome – either because you are moving to a new home or feel that you can no longer afford the extraneous property – then we implore you to post your “for sale” advertisements here.

We request that you specify the address of your unit – even just the general neighborhood, city and state for the convenience of the buyer – as well as posting a picture of the unit's exterior for reference. We would appreciate it if you were as honest as possible about the size of the unit, the condition of the interior, and whether or not you will leave it furnished.

You are also allowed to specify if you are putting the unit up for bids, or if you have a particular asking price for that particular home. Haggling will not be done in this site for now, but we will be working on a feature that will allow you some virtual space in which to do that. So please check in regularly.
